Ground Zero & Urban Sites - The Case of the Bösebrücke

Research Question

Can a Ground Zero experience happen outside of the museum? If an art installation can potentially disrupt one's ontological ground, bring awareness to their spatio-temporal situatedness, and clear the way to think anew, can we also find similar experiences in urban encounters with sites 'curated' by politics past and present?
